Examples are: all the documentation, walk through inspections, explaining what to look for and why, bankers, brokers, builders, landscapers, fence contractors, etc. Just top shelf!!!! Very knowledgeable about housing markets, knows & does his research about the homes he shows his clients! Learns very quickly the needs of his clients, the types of homes/neighborhoods that fit their interests/ needs!!
